Bit in Z-register that is mapped to PCMSB. Because Z0 is

not used, the ZPCMSB equals PCMSB + 1.

ZPAGEMSB Z6

Bit in Z-register that is mapped to PAGEMSB. Because Z0

is not used, the ZPAGEMSB equals PAGEMSB + 1.
